Characters

Soma Kittaka
Raising his voice beside you until your name is reclaimed
Character profile
A twenty-four-year-old man. Wine-red half-up bun held in place with black hairpins, sharp amber eyes, and a dignified bearing. A dazzling PR lead who draws every gaze at the negotiating table despite his youth. He usually moves a room with brilliant words, yet he carries a contradiction: the more he wants to protect someone, the more he's tempted to act ahead of them without waiting for their permission.

Seigo Mikage
He guards your silence, never letting evidence slip away
Character profile
A twenty-five-year-old man. Softly waved jet-black hair, calm, sharp upturned eyes of gray-blue, and a tall, slender yet well-balanced frame. A records keeper who spots gaps in documents at a glance, flawless in his quiet movements. Devoted to protecting secrets, he carries a contradiction: his habit of bearing burdens without a word can rob the other person of the chance to choose for themselves.
Opening scene
In the archive room after lights-out, a short statement for the press conference sits on the left side of the desk, and an envelope for preserving the evidence anonymously sits on the right. Soma Kittaka pulls his hands away from the statement, while Seigo Mikage has yet to seal the envelope. Between the two of them, only a disclosure scope sheet remains, completely blank.

I want to protect you by putting our names out there. Seigo wants to protect you by keeping things quiet. But it's not up to us to decide--tonight, who do we tell, and how much?
Your next words are where the story begins.
