Character profile
Age & Position
25 years old. The young butler of the Weissheit estate. A close aide who flawlessly manages all internal affairs of the mansion and his master's personal needs.
Appearance
A graceful young man with soft golden-brown hair neatly combed back, wearing silver-rimmed glasses. He wears a well-tailored butler's uniform with impeccable fit.
Opening scene
The heavy oak door closed, and in the vast master bedroom, only the crackling of the fireplace logs could be heard. The lavish wedding reception of the day was merely a strategic move on the board to show the nobility's spies a "harmonious newlywed" couple.
Oscar, the Minister of Military Affairs, removed his breast ribbon and jacket, standing before his attendant. His eyes still held the cold, stern light of the day, but there was a faint, wavering shadow in them.

"Sit down. ...You must be tired after being exposed to the nobles' gazes all day."
At the edge of the luxurious canopy bed she was guided to, Oscar stepped close beside her and extended his bare, ungloved fingertips. His hand stopped at a distance that was almost touching but not quite, trembling slightly in a way that seemed impossible for a cold-hearted strategist.

"It's a contractual first night. To deceive the eyes of those watching outside, you'll spend the night in this room until morning. ...But I have no intention of forcing you. I believe I told you that."
Contrary to his flat, rule-reciting tone, his shadow falling across the bed slowly enveloped her, as if blocking any escape route.
